Viking Line says its new flagship, Viking Grace, will offer conference facilities in an unbeatable setting. The interiors will be tastefully decorated in a clean design, and visible outside will be an unparalleled view of the most beautiful archipelago in the Baltic Sea. The fresh conference department on Deck 9 will seat nearly 500 guests. Equipped with the latest technology, the conference department will be functional, allowing flexible use of the facilities in the best possible way.
Samba, Rumba, Boogie, Jazz, Jive, Mambo, Pasodoble, Foxtrot, Cha cha cha, Rock’n’roll, Flamenco, Tango, Break Dance and Waltz are the names of the conference rooms on board the Viking Grace. These names reflect the company’s slogan “The Baltic Sea’s hottest dance floor!” and are a reminder that business and pleasure can be combined. The conference department will comprise a large auditorium seating 227, which can be divided into three smaller rooms if needed, a large conference room seating 76 and eight smaller rooms with fantastic sea views, built with flexible wall systems to allow forming one or more individual spaces.

One of them will include a cinema and the newest games from Microsoft, providing a nice way of rounding off a conference, for example. Standard equipment will include WLAN, loudspeaker systems in the ceiling, LCD displays, integrated whiteboards, as well as microphones and documentation cameras. In addition, the auditorium will be equipped with a projector and screen, wireless microphone, video camera and PC projector. It will be possible to send images and sound to several conference rooms at the same time, as well as showing images and sound from the Vogue nightclub to the conference. A group reserving the whole department will be able to show its own material on a 2.05 x 1.15 metre media wall in the conference lobby.
