Viking Line says its new flagship, Viking Grace, will offer conference facilities in an unbeatable setting. The interiors will be tastefully decorated in a clean design, and visible outside will be an unparalleled view of the most beautiful archipelago in the Baltic Sea. The fresh conference department on Deck 9 will seat nearly 500 guests. Equipped with the latest technology, the conference department will be functional, allowing flexible use of the facilities in the best possible way.

Samba, Rumba, Boogie, Jazz, Jive, Mambo, Pasodoble, Foxtrot, Cha cha cha, Rock’n’roll, Flamenco, Tango, Break Dance and Waltz are the names of the conference rooms on board the Viking Grace. These names reflect the company’s slogan “The Baltic Sea’s hottest dance floor!” and are a reminder that business and pleasure can be combined. The conference department will comprise a large auditorium seating 227, which can be divided into three smaller rooms if needed, a large conference room seating 76 and eight smaller rooms with fantastic sea views, built with flexible wall systems to allow forming one or more individual spaces.
