P&O Cruises, the UK based contemporary market unit in Carnival Corp & plc group, will celebrate its 175th anniversary this summer and HRH The Princess Royal will attend the main event, the company said in a statement.
“We're delighted to announce that Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, Master of the Corporation of Trinity House, will visit Oriana on 3 July, and will then Take the Salute from the deck of THV Patricia in a Fleet Review of all seven P&O Cruises ships, as they pass Portsmouth on passage from Southampton, on the occasion of 'The Grand Event', celebrating 175 years of P&O heritage,” P&O Cruises said.
